Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, we may request proof of delivery to process your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@salianta.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9701 Skyhill Way suite 407, Rockville, Maryland.
Once your return is accepted the buyer will be required to create the return label prior to the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If a first and last name are not entered correctly during checkout, and the package is not delivered to the correct address as a result, you will not be eligible for a return or refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate information during the checkout process.
Recurring subscription orders that have already been processed prior to a cancellation request are not eligible for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost, Undelivered, or Misaddressed Packages
We ship all orders to the exact address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before completing the purchase. If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, losses, or failed deliveries. If a package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, we cannot issue a refund or replacement, as we have no way to verify these claims.
Any mistakes made by the postal service, such as lost packages or incorrect deliveries, are out of our control. Our responsibility is to ship your order correctly; after that, the carrier is responsible for its safe delivery. If there is an issue with your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for errors made by third-party shipping services.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
